Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer was not available in kitchen for good contact surfaces. The sanitizer was stored in the storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized as needed. Ensure to use a food grade sanitizer at the right concentration, such as quat sanitizer at 200 to 400 ppm or chlorine sanitizer at 100 to 200 ppm.

Staff renewed FoodSafe level 1 in 2019.

Pop cooler - only non-potentially hazardous foods.

Recommendation: for hot prepared foods going into the cooler, use smaller pots for storage to enable quicker cooling.
