-Ensure that a bleach solution (1 tsp per liter) or a 200 ppm Quats sanitizer solution is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces after they have been cleaned. Domestic refrigerator was at 4 C. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests. Food storage was satisfactory. General sanitation was satisfactory.
