Routine inspection conducted.

- Hand washing station fully supplied..
- All coolers measured at 4C or colder. Temperatures for inserts discussed with operators. Ensure food in inserts stay at or below 4 degree C. Change the cover if needed to maintain temperature below 4C.
- Freezers measured at -18C or colder. All food in freezers and coolers are to be covered.
- Secondary cooking steps discussed with operator. Meat cone temperatures measure at 97C at the time of this inspection. A working flat grill noted for secondary cooking.

- General sanitation is overall good.
- QUAT sanitizer 400 ppm available in spray bottles. Cutting boards and other food contact surfaces to be sanitized with QUAT.
- Vegetable cutter noted clean and maintained. Sanitizing parts discussed.
- Mop sink maintained.
- 3- comp sink noted clean and implements stored properly.

- Premises well lit.
- No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
- Customer washroom maintained.

- Operators have valid food safe certification.
