Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop stored with ice in the cooler in the front, but scoop is frozen and cannot be separated from the ice.
Corrective Action(s): Operator washed container to remove the scoop. Please place the scoop in a separate container, outside of ice. Recommend placing the container with scoop outside of the freezer.

*recommend defrosting the unit by fryer as there is alot of ice build up

Dishwasher (low temp): 100ppm chlorine at plate
Chlorine test strips are used
Creamers in the front is stored on ice pack (3C)
Exhaust hood and meat slicer are maintained
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection, back door closed
