This inspection done by EHO student. Comments: -Ice machine is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. -Two additional sticky fly traps installed in the back hall way. -General sanitation is acceptable. No standing water noted at the time of inspection. -Smoothie cooler is not functional. The premise stopped serving all smoothies. Nothing is stored in the cooler. A technician will arrive today to fix the cooler. Continue not to use the cooler until the unit can keep food items at or below 4 deg. C -QUATS sanitizer dispenser dispensed 200 ppm QUATS. Tested as per manufacturer's instruction
