- Walk-in cooler and prep cooler measured at <4C. NOTE: the prep opposite cook line is 8-9C , but not in use at this time.
- Freezers (two)<-18C
- Sanitizer solution available at 200ppm bleach solution
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Three compartment sink available
- Dishwasher measured at 71C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe sertification verified.
