Observation: Raw meats in bags observed spilling over inserts. Also raw meat juices found spilt all over the cooler. This is a repeat issue in this location.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that packages of meat are opened and drained prior to placing in this cooler. Ensure that this cooler is used for storage of raw meats only. Ensure that all foods are stored covered and that each of these items has tongs to handle product. Ensure that hands are being washed after handling raw meats. Move pickles so that they are not contaminated from raw juices of meat patties as they are placed on the grill.
