Discussed manual dishwashing procedures with staff. Bleach sanitizer is used to sanitize dishware. Operator indicated business is quite slow and so dishwashing happens at the end of the day but has enough equipment to last for the whole day.
Bleach sanitizer in bucket is noted at 100ppm. Cloth towels are noted inside sanitizer bucket.
