Coolers at 4 Celsius and below. Freezer below -18 Celsius. Dishwasher final disinfecting rinse above 71 Celsius. Ensure sanitizer is at 200 ppm Quats, test solution. Premixed sanitizer dissipates in storage container, use solution with in a week to ensure effectiveness .
