Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm chlorine available in sanitizer bucket **ensure that sanitizer solution is available at all times**
- All coolers were 4C or lower
- All freezers were -18C or lower
- Rice hot holding could not be inspected during inspection as rice was still being prepared
- Food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
