Observation: Meat slicer appear to have food debris that resemble pepperoni on the guard and blade. Staff informs that the unit is usually cleaned after use.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that the entire unit and parts are properly washed and sanitized after use. Food debris must be removed before next use.

Observation: A few droppings found around dough mixer. Few drain/house flies noted in the back.
