All required cleaning completed. Ensure you arrange for routine cleaning for commercial hood; baffles and detachable pieces can be cleaned by yourself --> minimum weekly cleaning frequency. Most items that are broken, unused or otherwise in poor working condition removed from premise --> continue to declutter as you operate. Fly strip replaced with new piece. Pest control technician arrived at time of follow-up to setup program --> send EHO service contract or invoice. Discussed at length the importance of routine schedule cleaning to maintain premise sanitary and prevent pest infestation. CLOSURE ORDER HEREBY RESCINDED --> premise may re-open.
