Sandwich prep cooler repaired. All inserts at 4 deg C or less. Bottom compartment also at 4 deg C or less. Supervisor has indicated that a component of the unit needs to be cleaned every month in order to ensure that temperature is maintained at 4 deg C or less --> ensure to have this as part of your sanitation/cleaning schedule and plan.
