Sushi cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. Freezer measured at or below -18 degree C. Freezer noted a bit crowded. So, please organize it.
Under the counter and prep cooler measured at or below 4 degree C.
Hand washing station maintained.
Sanitizer available and wiping cloths noted being stored in 100-200 ppm bleach at the time of this inspection.
Cutting boards noted in good working condition.
Wire shelve have been added and storage is now organized.
No obvious sign of pest activity observed at this date
Customer washroom noted equipped.
