Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bags of potatoes still stored on floor at front of store.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store food on the floor. MOVE POTATOES UP ONTO A RACK OR PALLET.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Dead mouse found under storage rack in back storage area. Pest control operator has not been onsite since last inspection. Proof of ongoing pest control services has not been received.
Corrective Action(s): CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED.
- Mouse was disposed of at time of inspection. Clean and sanitize floors with bleach solution.
- Operator called pest control company at time of inspection; to provide services TODAY. Keep pest control report/invoice onsite.
- Set up a contract for bi-weekly pest control services and provide a copy of the contract to the health inspector.
- Email pest reports from last 6 months to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca.

Observation: Floors need to be cleaned more thoroughly, specifically in the following areas:
- Under the two-compartment sink
- In walk-in cooler
- In all storage areas
- In deep frying area
- In spaces in between all equipment
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean floors in all areas, including corners and underneath equipment.

Comments

- Both hand sinks properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- All dry ingredients stored in properly covered bins.
- Pillows and clothing stored upstairs have been removed.
** Deep cleaning of floors in entire production area required.
**Correction Order issued for pest issue. A follow-up inspection is scheduled for Monday, March 4th.

Note: Pest control operator arrived onsite at end of inspection. Correction Order still stands; set up a bi-weekly contract for pest control and seal entry points.
