-Follow-up inspection to August 18, 2022. -Prep cooler was serviced - compressor was repaired and refrigeration gas was added to the unit. Cooler was at 4C. Continue to monitor the cooler and service or adjust as needed. -Hot holding was greater than 60C. -Manager was on-site at the time of inspection.
