Observation: Walk in cooler cold potentially hazardous foods measured 6.7-8C throughout the inspection and for an unkown length of time. Temperature log states sunday as the last entry
Correction: Discard all temperature abused foods.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Onion slicer not properly washed and sanitized according to approved sanitation plan. Slicer is not taken apart to be washed and green food residue has been noted on the food contact surfaces. Employee was seen rinsing with detergent hose, rinsing with spray nozzle, and sanitizing with sanitizer hose. Staff are not able to take apart slicer.
Correction: Re wash food contact surfaces properly as per food safety plan. Wash, rinse, and then sanitize by full immersion for 30 seconds.
