All previous violations have been corrected: -No large pots present in walk in cooler, all sauces are being cooled in plastic containers that are much smaller than the pot that was previously being used -No obstructions of the hand sink -Salads were being kept in walk in cooler at time of inspection, temperature was measured to be 4.6 degrees C -No samosas being hot held at time of inspection, operator indicated they were now being reheated from cold when ordered (ie. made to order)- good Organization has greatly improved for kitchen Thank you for making the corrections, and ensure to continue to monitor these areas.
