Holes sealed in the back dry storage room, cleaning appears to be done more regularly although mice droppings still noted. Walk-in freezer door repaired. Pending issues: Hot holding unit (bottom two shelves) not being used; owner will be repairing unit to ensure it is over 60C. Please seal small hole in staff washroom and repair baseboard all around. Splashes still noted in ice machine, please clean properly. Food debris still collected on floor, cleaning needs to be done all the way to the wall.
