Corrective Action(s): This has been mentioned the last two inspections. Small containers need to be taken out however this is not being followed. Operator agreed to purchase a prep cooler with the opening top so that items will always be in the cooler and never out on the table. Prep cooler to be purchased by next routine inspection by Feb 28/17
