Observation: Handsinks throughout the premises are not fully equipped, either missing paper towels or liquid soap:

Correction: ALL handwashing stations must be fully equipped at all times. A fully equipped handsink includes:
> Running hot and cold water
> Liquid soap
> Paper towels
> Waste bin
> Unobstructed access to handsink.

Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CKKSK9:

> Required cleaning from dishwashing area and dry storage area completed.
> Food debris and droppings have been removed.
> Food scraps in dishwashing area are now better contained.
> The amount of drain flies in the dishwashing area has significantly decreased since the routine inspection.
> Opened dry goods are now protected from contamination.
> Drawer coolers are currently not in use. Reminded staff that these coolers are not to be used for storing potentially hazardous foods unless the air temperature remains at 4C or colder. This must be verified using a thermometer insidethe cooler, do not rely on the digital read out as it has been shown to be inaccurate.
> All other handsinks are now fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
