Observation: Ice wand stored directly in chest freezer without protection. This item is used to cool already cooked food items and is in direct contact with food. It does not receive a wash prior to use as it is frozen.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure Ice wand is stored in a clean and sanitary manner. The ice wand should be stored in a clean container in the freezer or in a clean food grade plastic bag in the freezer. This will prevent the exterior of the wand from becoming dirty during storage.
