General sanitation - good. Front hand-wash station supplied with soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. The sink near the dishwasher fully supplied. Domestic cooler/freezer: cooler at 3 C, freezer - satisfactory. Sliding glass door cooler: - 0.2 C. Chest freezer underneath counter at -18 C. High temperature dishwasher - satisfactory. Fan hood - clean. Bleach water in rag bucket is at 100 ppm chlorine. Food storage - satisfactory (off the floor, covered, organized). No signs of pests at time of inspection.
