Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Both the detergent and sanitizer dispensers for the dishwasher had ran dry. As a result, no sanitizer was detected.
Correction: Bleach had been added to the sanitizer dispenser. Detergent had been replenished. Check chemical levels daily.

Dishwasher has been serviced and sanitizer is detected in the rinse.
Good hand hygiene is being observed.
Pay the overdue health permit fee.
