Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # CHAS-BEFSDV of Jul-26-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Both the detergent and sanitizer dispensers for the dishwasher had ran dry. As a result, no sanitizer was detected. Correction: Bleach had been added to the sanitizer dispenser. Detergent had been replenished. Check chemical levels daily.
