Observation: Front hand sink paper towels are not inside machine. This has occurred for quite some time based on amount of paper towel remaining on roll (less than half the roll) and the food residual on the top of the roll of paper towels. Staff explained the mechanism for the paper towel dispensing unit is broken and is to be repaired in 1-2 days.

Corrective Action(s): IMMEDIATELY have paper towel dispensing unit repaired and ensure the paper towel dispensing units are always adequately supplied.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff lunch observed to be in food preparation area on counter used during food preparation. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Item relocated.
Scoops placed inside bins of flour and rice. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items washed and sanitized.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure Staff items are kept separate from food preparation areas.
Ensure scoops are washed and sanitized after each use. Do not leave scoops in dry storage bins as handles can contaminate dry food items.
