Corrective Action(s): Must not reheat in food warmer as they are meant to keep foods hot not reheat. Ensure soup is reheated to 74 C prior to placing in a pre-warmed hot holding unit.

Observation: Found food debris building up in hard to reach areas under shelving units and in between equipment and shelving (i.e. beside stove upstairs, beside cooler and wall in back area downstairs, and in cupboard with out shelves beside dishwasher).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to thoroughly clean all hard to reach areas including but not limited to around stove, coolers and inside cupboards.

Observation: 1. Counter under espresso machine is heavily worn and wood fibers are now showing through, shelf under the sink across from the espresso machine has cracked melamine surface and is no longer easily cleanable.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Repair/replace counter and shelves that are no longer in good condition.

- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottles had 200 ppm quat
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 82 C at plate, and 194 F at gauge
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
