-Back upright cooler was at 4C. -Front dairy cooler was at 4C. -Back upright freezer was at -9C. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for sanitizing). -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer containers were at 200ppm. -Coffee machine attachments wiped down with a bleach disinfectant after each use. -Ice machine clean and sanitary. -Foods stored off the ground and covered. Foods by the cash register protected from potential contamination. -General sanitation satisfactory. Some additional cleaning required inside the dairy cooler. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Washroom clean and well maintained. -Operator FoodSafe Level 1 valid until Feb 28, 2023. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
