Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 issues;
-Ice machine well found to have mold growth on the top of the well
-Blender units found to have mold growth on the bottom and mildew build up on the blender unit caps
Corrective Action(s): Both units cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.
Ensure that the above two items receive thorough cleaning on a more frequent basis.

=FOH handwash station stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Prep cooler (2 degrees C), undercounter cooler (3 degrees C), and soft serve bottom shelf (4 degrees C) measured < 4 degrees C
=2 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Staff able to demonstrate correct warewashing procedures
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=FOODSAFE certified staff verified

-pearls are discarded 2 hours after preparation
-milkshake machine, vitamix blenders, and mechanical juicer are washed, rinsed, and sanitized every 4 hours (10:00, 14:00, 18:00, and 22:00). Soft serve machine is washed rinsed and sanitized every 2 weeks.
