Corrective Action(s): - Protect food in kimchi room by either covering food or placing a screen door to prevent entrance of pests.
- Employees must eat and drink away from food preparation areas.

Observation: - Mouse droppings noted in front and back storage areas.
- Flies and spiders noted in the kimchi room.
Corrective Action(s): - Measures to control mice have improved. Continue to protect food from any contact with mouse droppings or mice i.e. keep all food off the floor (min. 6inches), keep all food in pest proof containers.
- Clear cob webs in kimchi room and provide a screen to prevent the entrance of flies.
- Keep up the sanitation of the whole facility.

Observation: Ceiling tiles have grease/dirt build-up, meat juices noted on floor in walk-in-cooler, some dirt build up noted in hard-to-reach areas under and around equipment and work counters.

Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
Liquid soap and paper towels were available at hand sinks.
Bleach solution was available for wiping cloths.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 79 degrees C at the plate.
