**FOODSAFE certificates obtained prior to July 29, 2013 will be expiring on July 29, 2018. Operators and staff must take refresher course prior to expiry date.

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available.
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- Freezer temperature satisfactory
- Hot held food items were held at above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the ground and properly covered
- Beverage machine maintained in sanitary condition
