-Follow-up inspection to May 30, 2019. -Operator has purchase an additional large ice wand to assist in rapid cooling of foods. Operator will purchase another ice wand this week. Ice wands were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Did not find foods stored on the floor at the time of inspection. Foods were protected from potential contamination. -Operator has reviewed with staff proper handling of food utensils provided for customers. Only contact the handle of the utensils to prevent potential contamination of utensils. -Facility has an appointment with a professional pest control operator on Thursday. In the meantime, operator has obtained plastic covers to protect foods from potential contamination. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
