Observation: - Domestic dishwasher was added to premises without approval. Dishwasher is not situated in dishwashing area and was being connected to faucet of sink used for handwashing rendering sink not available for handwashing. Note: dishwasher was not in use at time of the inspection.
- Domestic unit and location/installation not suitable.
Note: Condition present on permit limiting premises to food service using single use utensils only. Domestic dishwasher added to use on re-useable dishes. Premises currently has 15 seats inside with an additional 20 seats on outdoor patio. Use of re-useable dishes and cutlery not permitted for food service.
Corrective Action(s): - Discontinue use of domestic dishwasher and remove from premises. If alterations are proposed, submit revised plans and equipment specifications to Health Officer for review and approval in advance of alterations being made. To be corrected by: 11-July-2022

- Premises operates for lunch service from 12 to 3pm
- Premises has condition on permit to operate and is limited to serving food with single service utensils only. Utensils include: tableware, glasses and cutlery.
- Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks
- Bleach present for sanitizing step for manual dishwashing. Stoppers present for sinks to be filled and dishes immersed. Manual dishwashing sign posted.
- Bleach solution present (200ppm chlorine) in spray bottles for use on customers tables and food contact surfaces. Label spray bottles to indicate contents.
