- Premises and equipment were maintained in sanitary condition
- Handsinks were supplied with hot and cold
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder. Thermometers were present in coolers.
- Freezers (chest freezer, reach in freezers) were at -18C or colder
- Hot held foods were maintained above 60C. Cooked rice 70C, Miso soup 70C, Udon soup 72C
- pH of sushi rice checked and . 50ppm chlorine detected measured 4 with pH test strips
- Food products were stored in a manner to prevent contamination
- Dishwasher was operational. 50ppm detected on dish after cycle. Chlorine est strips present.
- Bleach sanitizer solution (100-200ppm chlorine) present for in use wiping cloths.
- Interior of ice machine maintained in sanitary condition and ice scoop was stored in sanitary manner.
- Staff/public washrooms maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Operator present and has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate. Certificate valid until Sept 2027.
- Permit to operate posted in a visible location

Note:
Code 101 from previous routine inspection report has been corrected. Prep table cooler which was located in customer seating area has been removed from premises.
