Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Server hand washing station lacked liquid soap at time of inspection. Please ensure that hand washing stations are properly stocked at all times to facilitate proper hand washing.

Observation: Moisture observed on floor to the left of ice machine. Drain grating near ice bin is not plumbed in/does not lead to a floor drain--container is being used to catch water.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that any standing water is removed as this may attract pest activity. Ensure that any leaks, if present, are repaired, and water is properly drained (i.e. no container to catch water). Date to be corrected by: October 17, 2017.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C. Food is covered, well organized, and stored off the floor.
- Prep cooler at 1 degree C (below) and 5 degrees C (above). Cooler in use at time of inspection--please ensure that upper portion is maintained at 4 degrees C or less.
- Reach in cooler at 4 degrees C (internal temperature)
- Under counter cooler at 1 degree C
- Mini cooler (upstairs) at 2 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -14 degrees C
- Reach in freezer at -21 degrees C
- Chest freezer at -32 degrees C
- Under counter freezer at -14 degrees C
- Ice cream freezer at -13 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Quats sanitizer available from dispenser and in labelled buckets at 200 ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 56 degrees C and 50 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface
- Utensils and equipment are stored in sanitary condition. Ice scoops stored safely outside of bin and machine.
- Hand washing stations (kitchen, upstairs) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Premises is serviced by pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports available for review.
- Temperature records are being maintained
- Staff washrooms in clean condition. Sinks are well supplied.
