Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station is missing liquid soap dispenser and is no longer being used as a designated hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): This sink was not approved as a dumping sink. Handwashing station must be available for Outtakes facility.

Operator has discussed sink requirements with Environmental Health Officer. Operator to provide written report informing decision and reasoning for the change of designated sink uses/purposes.

Operator will be installing liquid soap dispenser and redesignated this sink as a handwashing station.

Routine inspection.
All coolers are 4c or below and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer at -18c.
Hot holding >60c for all holding units.
Temperature logs are available.
Foods are being stored off the floor and protected from contamination.
Cleaning schedules are available.
Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration.
Note: Quat sanitizer is located in spray bottles; no longer being stored in sanitizer buckets.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniforms and hats).
No pest activity noted during time of inspection.
