Routine Inspection
Hand washing sinks in kitchen fully stocked with liquid soap and single-use towels.
Coolers at 4 C or below.
No hot holding at the time of inspection.
Surface sanitizer from dispenser registered at 200 ppm quats. Reminder to always test solution before using.
Sanitizer set up throughout the premises.
Both high temperature dishwashers registered at least 71 C on plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
General sanitation satisfactory.

**Walk-in freezer relocated to the Tasty Express side. In the future, please contact your Environmental Health Officer prior to making such structural changes.
