Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer concentration inside the sanitizer spray bottles exceeds 200ppm chlorine concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to follow the correct mixing ratio for making food-grade, no-rinse sanitizer solutions.
*Mix 1/2 teaspoon of chlorine bleach per Litre of water to make a 100ppm chlorine solution.
*Ensure spray bottles are labelled correctly to identify the contents avoid prevent accidental misuse of chemicals.
