Observation: - Spilled dry goods (rice) and other food debris and grime present in hard to reach areas of the floor including the edges , under back prep table, in dishwashing area and dry storage area.
- Minor amount of mouse droppings noted in dry storage room/area under shelving.
Corrective Action(s): - Move out moveable equipment (shelving, prep tables) and thoroughly clean floor including the edges to remove all debris and grime.
- Clean under shelving unit to remove mouse droppings and sanitize floor.
- Keep floor clear of debris/clutter to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for any pest activity.

- Quinoa mix 61C, Black beans 65C, Queso 64C (Steam table)
- Cold holding and hot holding temperatures are checked and recorded 5 times daily. Records reviewed and appear complete/up to date
- Raw meat stored beneath ready to eat items in walk-in cooler. Food products stored on shelving off of the floor.
- Dishwasher operational and capable of sanitizing dishes. >50ppm chlorine detected on dish after dishwasher cycle. Test strips present for checking.
- Quats sanitizer solution present in sani pails with wiping cloths stored inside for use on food contact surfaces and counters. Concentration of solution checked measured 200ppm.
- Foodsafe requirement met at the time of the inspection. Manager present and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Certification valid until 28-Apr-2024
- Pest control contract in place with monthly service. Manager to submit most recent service report to EHO for review.
