Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CV6THD - Cleaned vegetable slicer that was hung above the sink was noted in a sanitary condition. - Sanitizer spray bottles were available in the food preparation area - both noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual. - Operator has hired an external pest control company to help with the pest issue. All entry points were sealed. All areas previously noted with mouse droppings are now cleaned and appeared in a sanitary manner. As per operator, they will keep the pest control company for the next 3 months, with them returning in 2 weeks time and will access the situation thereafter. - Ice scoop stored in the ice machine with the handle extending and away from the ice - excellent. No further follow-up required at this time.
