Routine inspection conducted.

- Lunch was being served at the time of inspection.
- Temperature of cooler recorded at 4C
- Stand up freezer at -23C
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 76.4 on plate level during rinse cycle.
- Handwash sink, 2 comp prep sink and 3 comp dishwashing sink had adequate supply of hot and cold water.
- Liquid soap and single use paper towels available.
- 200ppm bleach solution measured in spray bottle.
- All food products and clean utensils were stored in sanitary manner.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit posted in the kitchen.
- Staff has valid FS Level 1 certificate (Exp Aug 2, 2025)
