Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage and display practices are good.
Storage areas are generally organized.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory
Quats sanitizer (buckets for wiping cloths, dispenser and spray bottles): 200ppm
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
High-temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of at least 78.1 degrees Celsius (as per min/max thermometer).
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No signs of pests. Sticky trap for flies in use.
