Follow-up inspection conducted. The sink has been fully repaired. Inspector tested the drain - no leaks were observed. Operator's son mentioned enrolling in a Food Safe course but proof has not been provided to the inspector yet. Ensure a copy of the enrollment letter and a copy of the new certificate is sent to the inspector. Report discussed with the person in charge and hard copy given on site.
