- Handsinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels - 200ppm QUAT detected in red buckets - Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface - All coolers measured <4C - All freezers measured <-18C - Temperature checks recorded twice daily - Hot held foods (soup was probed) maintained >60C - Cold, perishable foods are appropriately held in ice bath - Ice machines, dipper well for ice cream scoops, deli slicers are maintained in a sanitary manner - Dry storage is good. Foods are stored off of floor in pest proof containers - No pest activity noted at the time of inspection *Replace empty Iodine sanitizer bottle for the glasswasher
