Time stamps are in place and in use properly, staffs understand time written on stamp cards for perishable foods are discard time. Caulking has been completed around warewashing sinks, mould removed. Owner informed that store shall be renovated in summer 2019, including floor and refrigeration units replacement. *Please seek Health Approval prior to making any changes, submit floor plans to the City of Burnaby.
