Follow up inspection to confirm the vegetable display cooler is repaired -Operator indicated that the order has not arrived still and is expected to arrive and be installed next week. -Discussed temporary measures until the cooler is replaced; time and temperature control must be in place to ensure that ll items are either kept at 4 C at all times or to have maximum of 2 hours (accumulative) at room temperature. -Smaller portions are taken out so that each batch is depleted in less than 2 hours -Ice bath is also being used to ensure that the items are kept at 4 C or lower -Operator indicated that he mailed the permit fee to NW office; will follow up to see if they arrived.
