Corrective Action(s): Ensure backdoor remains closed or ensure screen is in place to prevent entrance of pests. Found clean knife hung directly on a dirty wall 2. Ice machine had brownish colored streaks running from lid down towards ice. 3. Found plates being stored above the spray nozzle on the dirty side of the washing area.)
