Temperature of freezer = -20.4 degrees Celsius. 2-compartment prep sink equipped with hot/cold running water. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink equipped with hot/cold running water and drain plugs. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 71.9 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle. Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. General cleanliness satisfactory. Permit to Operate posted.
