Sand observed on floor in warewashing area. Corrective Action(s): If any grinding is being done ensure construction company is properly vapour sealing the perimeter to contain all contruction dust. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Ice machine top side observed not sitting properly onto bin below with opening observed on back side. Damage observed to side panel. Corrective Action(s): Properly seat top side of ice machine onto ice bin below. The opening on back side may allow construction dust to enter the ice machine and potentially contaminate the ice. Ensure the construction company is taking proper measures to seal off the ice machine. Violation Score: 9
