2) Remove all removable parts
3) Wash down with warm, soapy water. Use a small brush to clean out hard to reach areas
4) Rinse away soap and debris
5) Spray down with a 100ppm chlorine bleach solution. Allow to air dry
6) Turn back on machine, discard first few batches of ice
