Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar glasswasher had no detectable iodine sanitizer in the rinse residual.
Corrective Action(s): Bar glasswasher was adjusted by operator and rinse residual was detected (12.5 to 25 ppm iodine detected). Ensure sanitizer rinse residual is checked daily to ensure adequate concentration for safe and effective sanitizing of glassware (12.5 to 25 ppm iodine required).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small amount of mildew observed on interior of ice machine (non-ice contact surface).
Corrective Action(s): Remove ice. Ensure above-noted area is properly cleaned and sanitized today to prevent potential contamination of ice. Ice was removed at time of inspection for ice machine interior to be cleaned and sanitized.

Observation: - Gap observed underneath back door.
- Few storage areas such as cabinets observed with some debris, spills, and/or clutter. In addition, grout appears to be missing between tiles in the dishwashing area, potentially allowing debris and liquid to accumulate. .
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure gap at back door is properly sealed to prevent potential entry of pests. Date to be corrected by: March 18, 2024.
- Operator cleaned and sanitized storage areas located at the bar at the time of inspection. Ensure all storage areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure equipment on site is either stored in a organized manner, or removed from the premises if not required for business use). Have tiles regrouted to prevent potential accumulation of debris/liquid in the dishwashing area. Date to be corrected by: March 18, 2024.
